hi guys. I started making the texture maps for my model in Photoshop and I tried to continue to refine the textures in ZBrush but I can’t figure out how to continue working on the texture i have (.psd). i can get it to be applied on the model but i cant interact with it. i checked out the tutorial dvds I have but they only cover poly-painting in zb, not how to continue working from a PSD texture. thanks
Subdivide the model to have as many polys as the texture has pixels. Then press Tool
Texture
Txr>Col to convert the texture into polypaint. You can now edit your paint with the sculpting brushes. (Turn on Draw
Rgb and turn off Zadd.)
When done, you can assign your texture to the model again and press Tool
Texture
Col>Txr to transfer the new polypainting back to your texture.
