Texture Map Pixelates :(

Ok so i tried texturing a model in Zapplink and then export the textures out but it pixelates.

My Workflow:
1.Model in Maya
2.Sculpt in Zb
3.Back in Maya for UVs
4.And then texture in Zb again

Possible solutions i Tried already and didnt work:

  1. 1:1 ratio of canvas and Texture
  2. Increase Uv map and texture map Size

That didnt Work so i made a box mesh in Maya and Sculpted in Zb. then just gave it a simple cylidrical uv projection in maya and back into Zb and tried Zapplink exported the texture and the result was a bit better(not really gr8 but convincing)

So what is it with the first model??

Also First time i’m doin this so plzzzzzz u know, explain in a bit detail if u can

How are you texturing? Are you using Projection Master or are you PolyPainting directly on the model?

If using PolyPaint, how many polys is the model at its highest level and what size texture are you making?

Could you show an image of the pixelation?
