Heyall!
Thought I would post a few images of the designs that I did for T4 at
Legacy Effects. I can’t take all the credit for the designs, we got some prelim sketches from the art dept. But it was my job to get the look nailed down in 3D.

The head was done in Zbrush and then given the “disstressed” look in
Photoshop. When thatwas done and approved the head was printed in 3D,
remember, this wasbefore decimation master and so I was not able to get
the polys up high enough to get it really tight (printers bog down over
3 million polys).Our model shop went to town on it (Skullbeast/Johnny) to get it into shape.

I was really happy to see that my artwork made the covers of two books
not bad for Zbrush renders!!

These books are full of Terminators apparently, don’t forget the Companion Book Patton, it’s got the Rusty one on it. You guys must have made quite a few heads, each one looks different.

OMG a book full of Terminators OMG how damn sweet. It’s the kind of thing I dreamed of having when the first films came out. I really look forward to getting that one.

I have that book signed from Tara Bennet. She was at Barnes and Nobles in Delaware a week before the release. I didn’t know you made the cover. Very cool! :smiley:

I have both books in Hardcover from Amazon. Crazy cheap but full of cool stuff!
Great work on this.
Would like to see where this might have gone had Decimation Master been available at the time!
