Techniques for fists?

Hello,

I am a student of Zbrush and actually signed up for many training websites such as Digital Tutors and Gnomon Workshops. Thought I would come here to see if anyone had any good suggestions or a better method / technique for designing a fist for the hand?

I see some basic hand techniques but so far haven’t seen anything for fists? I can design a basic hand but a fist is more complex and thought I would look around for some fist techniques.

In the Project>Mannequin section of Lightbox there’s a mannequin hand. If you load that and then open the Tool>Layers sub-palette you’ll see that there are some poses including one for a fist. That may provide a good starting point.
