Tablet problem :(

Hey, guys. I have a big problem I was hoping you could help me solve.

I recently bought a Genius MousePen, and I was really happy with it. The installation went fine, and it worked great the first couple of times. But then, for no aparent reason, it started to act weird. First of all, Windows (I’m using XP 32 bits) doesn’t see the tablet when I plug it in: I have to open the Setup program that comes with the tablet, go to the Pressure settings tab, and leave it opened the whole time I plan to use the tablet  . Secondly, the Hot Cells around the usable surface don’t work anymore, under any circumstances. And the last one: some programs detect pressure levels (Photoshop, for instance) but ZBrush doesn’t (AND IT DID THE FIRST TIME I USED THE TABLET  ).
I tried uninstalling the drivers, but I get a message saying that “Setupext.inf” cannot be found, wich seems to be a pretty common error during INSTALLATION, for what I see in most forums.

So, I can’t use the Hot Cells, I don’t have pressure sensitivity in ZBrush (and I did the first time), and I can’t uninstall the driver. Basically, I’m stuck with a big, expensive mouse.
If someone knows a way to fix this (or just to safely uninstall the driver), PLEASE, let me know, 'cause I’m starting to lose it!!!

Thanks in advance!

Sounds like you should give the company that makes the device a call.

Thanks, I’ll give it a try
