T-shirt modeling

Hi guys. I’ve been modeling for quite some time with maya but I’m fairly new to Zbrush, and I need some advice/ tips.
I’m trying to model a T-shirt, a white, plain, 100% cotton t-shirt, nothing fancy, but I want it to look ultra-real, it’s for a head I’ve modeled, and it would show nothing but the collar and a little bit of chest. What I really want is some guiding or tips on detailing it, Up to now I’ve not been able to achieve nothing realistic with alphas and strokes.
I want to do something like this real image (the first 3 are the collar and the last one a close up of the fabric I’d like to achieve):

I really appreciate all the help you can give me.
thanks a lot

Honestly, unless you’re going to be zoomed in REALLY close, most of what you see there can be done with texture and nobody would ever know the difference. After you’ve applied the texture you can even use the Mask by Intensity feature, then use a small inflate deformation through the mask to make the detail pop just a little bit.

thanks a lot aurick, I’ll try to go that way.
