Not exactly sure how I managed to mess up the symmetry like this. Has anyone run into this problem, or have any suggestions on how to correct how it is reading the symmetry on the model?

Any advice would be appreciated; Thanks!

The best solution depends on how the model got out of symmetry in the first place. Unfortunately, we don’t know that so here are some things to try:
First, check to see if the C.Pivot button is active on the right shelf. If so, click it. That will most likely fix the problem.
If it does not, then the next thing to try is Tool>Deformation>Smart ReSym.
If all else fails, you might also have to use Tool>Deformation>Unify.
>< Thanks Aurick, it was the C.Pivot.
I appreciate the help! I must of accidently hit a hotkey which disabled/changed the function ><
Thanks again, take care~
