symmetry mistake

hi, I have a character, I masked and hidden geometry to have only a hand visible, i’ve modeled and when unhidden alla the character i’ve noticed symmetry doesn’t work for hidden geometry so I have only 1 hand sculpted.Now there’s a way to have other hand sculpted?

Go to level 1. Mask everything except the hand that you want to copy details to. Then use Tool>Deformation>Smart ReSym to copy the details from the sculpted hand. Repeat the deformation at each level, working your way up to the highest.
