Use smart-resym. got to the lowest subdivision, mask (accurately) half and then hit the smart-resym button, I can’t remember what palette it’s in. I believe it’s in the deform palette.
Deformation pallet. Mask the side you like and hit smart resym on level 1.
You may need to “reproject higher subdiv” (Geometry pallet) to keep your details from jumping about too much.
(I usually save the model and try it both ways.)
