Symmetry is stronger is one side only

Hi,I’m using “Activate symmetry” but ZBrush is making my sculpt stronger in one side than the other.
Why is it happening?
How should i fix it?

thanks,
Carlos

Check under Transform (top of screen) could be something to do with x,y,z.

If that’s not the case, you might have setup your model wrong or added too much to one side vs the other side. In some instances your symmetry can jump, if you imported from goz you might need to physically reposition your model.

You might simply have some masking applied but view mask disabled. Try clearing the masking with CTRL+SHIFT+A.

I think shadowcaster already said it, you’re model might not be centered. There’s a poseable symmetry button too, it may work.

thanks for answering me.

I could solve this problem by clicking in Deformations -> unify (X,Y,Z)

than everything was ok.

I think the problem was when i imported the obj, it was a litle off the axis center.

Go to tools->geometry->modify topology->mirror and weld

Your model should now be symmetrical again.
