Symmetrical topology for a posed character/

How can I make a symmetrical retopology for a posed character?

The same way you would sculpt in symmetry mode, just hit “x” :lol:

I don’t understand. For example I had a symmetrical model.Then I posed it and it became asymmetric. How can I make retopology in zbrush or another program only of one side of the character and then mirror it(I want topology to be symmetrical)? I saw a lot of posed models with symmetrical topology.I wonder how they do it?
