Switching Morph Targets

Not exactly sure where, but I could have sworn I read somewhere it’s possible to switch Morph Targets. Right now, I’m working on a mesh that’s gone bad. The last saved version is substantialy different. I’d prefer to use it as a Morph Target to restore the current one, rather than going back to that stage.

Anyone know if and how it can be done in Zbrush?

You can do this but you need to convert the good file to an OBJ first, and it has to have the same number of vertices as one of the subdivision levels of your bad model.
Load up the good ztl and export as an OBJ. Then select your bad ztl and switch to the correct subdivision level. Store a Morph Target. Then import you good model OBJ. It will only import if the number of vertices is the same. You can then use the Morph Target>SWitch button if you wish, and use the Morph and Morph Dot brushes to selectively restore parts of you model.

Thanks, worked perfectly.
Smooth sailing to you, marcus.

Good.
