Day 2 of using Zbrush, and I am really excited about it. I watched a lot of the free tutorials on the site, but I am still having issues wrapping my brain around switching modes from 2.5d, to drawing, to zsheres.

Is there a simple button or hotkey to switch between these functions? I feel like it must be right in front of me, but every time I draw something out, and then I try and rotate, I just end up drawing another instance of the same thing!

Is there a tutorial that just goes over switching between the different modes?

The “edit” mode button is generally the switch between 2.5 d mode and a live 3d object.
