Hi guys
I’m trying to use the Surface Noise on a model with sensible UVs and a tilable 16bit displacement map. The models UVs are aligned vertically as is the displacement map ( from surface Mimic )
The problem is the resulting surface displacement has a slight counter clockwise rotation … maybe about 5 degrees or so, and I cannot find the source of this rotation. You cannot adjust the rotation of a texture from within the surface noise tool.
The attached image shows my model with UVs and the surface modifier applied with a texture and UV selected.
Has anyone else had this issue?
