Surface Noise/ Texture issue

Hi,
I’m having some issues with noise+texture combo.
If i have a surface(a shirt) with UVs and i apply a weave noise with UV projection everything works fine, the noise is projected correctly, but if i put a texture on the noise gets messed up, it’s kinda switches to 3d projection and it looks stretched even if the UV projection button is selected in Noise palette.
If i turn the texture off, the noise is good again, but with texture it’s messed up.

Is there a solution for this?

Can you post up a picture?

Are you talking about applying a texture in the tool.texture panel? or applying polypaint?
Are you planning to use tool.surface as a bump map only viewed in Zbrush, or do you want to actually make that geometry?
