I’m sure that the ability to load and save a curve in the Noise editor has been removed in 4R4, 4R5 and 4R6 !!
Why is this ? Now it means if I find a curve that generates interesting noise I cannot re-use it…

Might I add that the ‘copy’ and ‘paste’ buttons have vanished as well - If they were there, I could copy the curve and paste it in the Brush curve editor and save it !!

Saving the Noise will save any curve adjustments. I think that is your only option at this time.
While I’m eternally grateful for the reply Zber2 - with the greatest respect I already know that the curve information is saved with the noise settings…
What I need is to save the actual Zcurve itself for re-use elsewhere… copy and paste buttons would suffice !!
