A new Zbrush Landscape

Stargo

And a lovely one it is too. The glare on the water gives the piece a very strong atmosphere.

:grimacing: Great landscape!!
Especially the water is marvelous!!
:+1: :+1:

It would be grateful if you’ll tell how to get this kind of water effect (even a little hint!!)

Excellent! :+1: !!

That’s amazing… the water… I dont understand how you did such good water, I think i might go look at water tuts.

It looks to me like there’s a wide rectangular area or sky directly beheath the sun that expands to the left which hasnt been umm… clouded? it’d probably happen in nature sometimes anyway but its a bit of a strong transistion I think…?

I’d love to be able to do scenery like this though, its really nice…

Beautiful - the sky and especially the water are very effective. :+1: :+1: :+1:

that’s great! :+1:

Hi Mike
You right
That’s indeed “La Chaussée des géants” I think, the photo (or a photomontage ?) that I have seen had a similar atmosphere of fantastic !
Absolutly not the same Stargo’s composition and absolutly not same color.
The cubics pebbles were on the right, with a tempest atmosphere, I must refind that, because it was a very impressiv poster !
I wish that is on the Net, because I have seen it at a real book shop

STARGO!!! good to see you back…love this scene. And I love the choice of colors you chose for it. Very kewl stuff. How did you achieve that beautiful water? You know I have a fixation for water in images

Hi Stargo
It was a sea-landscape like this, horizontal, with more cuboids on the right and more dramatic
THIS IS A PHOTO not a Zbrushing !!! (for the moderator :ex:

I continue my research

unglaublich

Stargo, beautiful image with strong atmosphere. :+1: :+1: The water looks very convincing and the landscape blends perfectly with the rest of the scene. I also enjoyed your choice of colors; they’re very warm.
Creating landscapes is one of my goals and I have been trying new methods (see my post Creating a 3d Landscape with the Single Layer Brush) so if you could say a little about how you achieved this result, I would really appreciate it! Thanks! Keep up the good work!
