I think the Help-Pop-ups would be much better if they weren’t semi-transparent. I have attached an image which makes clear why. It can be very difficult to read the text.

This ability has been in zbrush for quite some time.
Under “preferences > icolors > quick info opacity”. Set the slider to -100 or 100 to make it opaque.
