The Zmodeler brush (Qmesh action) works fine when I extrude a poly face, but not when trying to subtract. As the poly is being pulled backward, it stops at strange angles, or when it does reach a termination point (with great difficulty), it leaves behind poly faces that should have disappeared. This happens whether subtracting multiple or a single poly.
The only way I’ve gotten it to work is to have ‘Align Full Step’ activated. No doubt that gives me a work-around, but I’d love to know what’s going wrong nonetheless.
I’ve included some screens of the results and one of the Zmodeler Polygon Actions menu.

As can be seen in several of these images, there are extra polys left (those really flat ones) on the qcube. In all the tutorials I’ve seen, these shouldn’t be there after the subtraction.
Thanks in advance.
