Subtools in custom menu?

First hi to everybody, my first post.

I am searching for a way to have the subtools list always be displayed. Ideally I would like it to be on my second monitor like I do in photoshop with the layers thus maximizing work space, is that by any chance possible? From my googling so far this doesn’t seem to be possible so I thought i’d try a second solution:

i made a custom menu in customize mode and tried to drag it over into it but I can only pull over bits and pieces (eg subtool 1, subtool 2, a button…) but I haven’t yet found a way to duplicate the whole subtool section. I would like to put that on the left side of the screen as on the right I’m usually navigating to other elements inside the tools menu which hides the list of subtools.

Thank you in advance for your help and thank you to all the developers and people who’ve made Zbrush the great tool that it is!

Won’t work like Photoshop. One window. You can try my UI.

Thank you for your answer!
So there is no way to leverage the 2nd monitor to get some screen space/not have to constantly scroll up and down or some way to have on the left border the subtools menu open and still have on the right border other items in the tools menu?
Where can I get your UI? I couldn’t find it on http://butterpawandthebadger.zenfolio.com/

I’ve tried it but it’s very similar to what i’ve been doing with mine (except the purple color), I thought from your words it would have some way to have a floating menu on the second monitor or such.
