Hey guys.
Sometimes while scultping on one subtool it switches to another subtool (deselects the one i’m working on). I’m not sure if I keep pressing a short cut key or not…
It’s just annoying me a bit having to go and re-activate the subtool I was working on.
Does anyone have any ideas what is causing this to happen?

I’m kinda having the same problem. Well mine sounds a little worse. if you hear something please let me know. see this thread.
Hmm im not sure whats causing your error. Mine will stay on the layer if I leave it.
Its like i’m pressing ctrl+shift and clicking on the other subtool in the viewport. But it deselects even if i’m just holding alt.
Are you possibly accidentally holding Ctrl+Shift while you click on the model? That is the shortcut key to select the clicked-on SubTool.
Yah I thought that. But sometimes it happens as i zoom out after letting go of alt as well.
