I have hotkeyed the tools menu, but i only need to see the subtool panel, so i thought “lets do a custom menu with only what’s needed”. 
It works but, its not saved, next time i load a model, everything is gone, is there a workaround for that ? Pretty please, its so slow to have to scroll down the tools menu to access subtools

The scrolling menus like SubTool and Layer cannot currently be moved successfully.
