Subtool pivot point problem

Hello, I’m having problems with the pivot point of my subtool (cf. image). When I draw it on the canvas I can see that there is a big “gap” between my draw cursor and the base of the subtool (which is a tell-tale symptom). As a result the mesh is really small on the floor grid. Yet in Maya it’s normal size (160cm). And the pivot is of course in the correct place, and all the transforms have been frozen.

I tried using the Unify button from the Deformations palette, but then that resets everything to huge. And Size also has the same effect.

In other words, my subtool is in itself of a normal size (confirmed multiple times in and out of Maya), but the misplaced pivot point screws up with Zbrush. Is there a way to fix this problem? In Maya all you have to do is press the insert key and move the pivot where you need it, but is there an equivalent in Zbrush?

‘S.Pivot’ in ‘Transform’ menu

Thank you. Unfortunately that didn’t fix the problem…

is it possible that you have a piece of geometry all that way below the feet? try doing a lasso selection of only the body.
