I’ve noticed that when I hit the button (SubTool Master > Save ZTool), 90% of the time it acts like a Save As button, giving me a browse dialogue where I can rename my file. Sometimes, however, it acts like a Save button and simply overwrites my current file. I don’t know how to account for the discrepancy. Has anyone else come across this, and is there a reason for it?
The ‘Save’ functionality should only happen if you use a hotkey. Pressing the button should always give you the Save As dialog.
Marcus - I’m in the same boat as him. 90% of the time it will bring up the box, the others it will just overwrite the file.
dustinbrown - To avoid this select the main tool, rename it…with your 00x or whatever at the end that you want for iterations. Then go to subtoolmaster>save
