Subtool master not loading

Hi , i cant seem to make subtool master script to work on my 64 vista.I tried reinstalling zbrush and removing and replacing the script with the same one from the download center. When i try to execute the subtool script i get this error message and it doent load.

" [FileExecute,[Var,dllPath],Version] "

Which version of ZBrush are you using? Could you show a screen shot of your Zplugs folder?

I use version 3.5R3 in vindows vista 64 and here is a screengrab of the zbrush plugin folder.
