i have an further problem… sorry if i nerves 
i have 3 subtools and like to merge it with subtoolmaster.
after execute i get an error:

I think you’re trying to merge ZSpheres in preview mode. You will have to make them into polymeshes first by pressing the Tool>Make Polymesh3D button. This will create a new objects in the tool palette that you’ll need to append as subtools.

Yes, OK, but you need to select the new Skinned versions. They are in your Tool palette with names beginning “Skin_”.
