sub-d modelling + normal maps?

Hi guys. I want to make sub-d models (I will use turbosmooth to subdivide them when animating), and want to add extra detail using normal maps. But when making them in zbrush, in areas where there are 3 edges forming sharp edges I get weird bugs. Looks like it’s due to stretching of uvw’s in zbrush?

Of course I can try painting it manually in photoshop, but it doesn’t solve the problem…

EDIT: the problem is partially solved: I simply export subdivided several times model from max and then export the texture back to max. The reason is that zbrush treats texture coordinates differently than sub-d method, i.e zbrush applies textures to streched already coordinates, whereas in max sub-d texture refers to the 0 level withour stretching.

Thank you.
