Stupid gizmo 3d question

I know I can turn it on with W, but how do you turn it off? (I’m not seeing anyone mention that in tutorial videos or the documentation here either…lol!)

I know its probably something simple, but its maddening not to be able to do it.

Related to my project, when scaling or moving a subtool, (say a cube) is there a way to manipulate it so one of the sides matches up with another cube’s edge perfectly?

(I’m working on a object for 3d printing, and the bottom needs to be completely flat, but I need to add a tab so it can be assembled with something else. I’m using live boolean to accomplish this.)

‘Q’ takes you back to sculpting mode.

Thanks, Marcus! Good to see you still here, BTW!
