I get this when I run ZBrush 4 at 1024x768.
Lightbox doesn’t display correctly if there is not enough room for it. If you close the right tray (and the left one too if that’s open), then press the , (comma) key twice to close and reopen Lightbox it should display correctly.
No, that’s not the problem, I’m afraid. In the first screenshot, the right tray (and the left one, for that matter) has already been closed, and I already resized the menu to fit the display. (Simply clicking on it works; I don’t need the comma key trick. I tried the comma key anyway and it still didn’t fix it.) I only posted the second screenshot to illustrate the apparent bug in the software, even though it’s easy to work around. It’s the problem in the first one that I don’t know how to work around…
If it’s OK, I’m removing “answered” from the topic title since this doesn’t resolve my problem…
There’s no workaround for the first issue. Lightbox currently won’t display correctly on a display of 1024x768. The recommended monitor resolution for ZBrush is 1280x1024.
If you reset you screen display you may need to delete the ZBrush 4.0\ZStartup\ConfigFiles\ZBrushWindowStartupSize.cfg to force ZBrush to rewrite it.
