Strange little lumpy thing on a mannequin chest.

hi hi,
I used a mannequin to pose, put the mannequin into preview mode,
so that I could ‘remesh all’ made sure to turn off the little X option in the remesh button.

And a strange ***** sized lump sticks out of the chest. Anyone have any idea what might cause this ?
the front of the chest is actually puffy also.
I tried to make sure the arm wasnt too close to the chest, to make sure
that wasnt the issue.

Does it have to do with the sphere rotation or something ? maybe?
I dont see how that could make a small floppy appendage.

If your just trying to make a base model from the mannequin, try this instead of using remesh all. Open the ‘Adaptive Skin’ sub palette and turn off ‘Use Classic Skinning’ then click ‘Preview’ to see if it’s what you want. If it is then click ‘Make Adaptive Skin’ to place the ‘skin’ object in your tool palette.

tyvm. its been too long sense I opened Zbrush up X_x.

whats the biggest difference between unified skin and adaptive skin?
the shrink wrap specifics ? basically?

Basically, Unified Skin converts sketched ZSpheres while Adaptive Skin converts the underlying ZSphere armature. To better understand the benefits of each, watch the last two movies in the ZSPheres series in ZClassroom on Unified and Adaptive Skin.
