just great :+1:

lol. this really cracks me up. Perhaps push his leg proportions a tad more. Its going to look great when he’s posed.

I like the style of this.

Yep this is all made from zspheres. The main mesh is from zspheres1 and the hair is zspheres 2, I’ll post some images showing my mesh later :wink:

Thank You, Thank You, Okay… I have another quick question… Do you get your proportions how you want them first, and then sculpt?? and are you using classic skinning or the new adaptive skinning method?

Love your stuff, you really inspire me…

cool sketchbook,really like your forms:+1:

@selahpoetic
Haha :smiley: Well thank you, thats really good to hear.
Well I try to get the proportions somewhat right, but I really focus more on getting the zspheres placed, so I get the most optimal mesh, so I guess its a mix :wink:
And I use adaptive skinning.

@3mm
Thanks man, Glad you like it :wink:

i love this model!!! amazing form amazing design. It reminds me of the disney hercules cartoon- very nice work :slight_smile:

probably one of the more refreshing and fun threads on the entire forum - love it:).

In regards to the character… I think his neck is a little bit too long… I know you’re going for a caricature look and feel… but…well… maybe his neck is fine…but it could be the broad shoulders that makes him feel like his neck is too long…

I guess my thinking is…with that long of a neck, how can your shoulders be so strong (or broad looking)? maybe his neck could be a tad thicker?

I could be wrong about the whole thing…but…his neck just feels too long. you could possibly bring his upper body higher?

Just some thoughts.

I still love the design…

Any time lapse greatness in the future awaiting you??
