How did you get the Undoz custom1 Matcap to be that color?

Im always happy to see topo pics because I dont know much about that.

I just set the color to something around, R:122 G:151 B:202, but I did adjust the brightness and contrast in ps as well :wink:

I think it depends on skill and on the complexity of the model.
It would be impossible for me to answer a question like that because I often get sidetracked by things like music… telephone…tv… surfing on ZBC :cool:.
And I never care about time. Its done when its done. :slight_smile:

That’s an interesting design. I especially like the head from front view. And the lips.

Would be interesting to see that creature painted.

Looking good man! Only prob I see is the six star on the back, near your shoulder blade, in your topo pic. I might give you some trouble with uv’s or proper deformation for animation.

And I do most of my models from zspheres (if not all actually :S), and this model is 100 % zbrush so far, though I think I might need some assistance from blender for the mouth, but we’ll see.
I’ve uploaded a small image to show my process on this one, hope it helps.

Really appreciate the comments guys, I’ll try and wrap up the topology soon, so I can start working on some texture.

Did you do these models from zspheres (Like mikey, the alien head, and the naked alien)… if so, do you have troubles with the hands on the full body characters, and how far do you take the polygons on the adaptive skins? are you using the classic skinning or the newly zsphere 2 skinning?
