Thanks mate, no I don’t add zspheres for the eyes, its usually just a very simple base mesh, made from 3 zspheres.

He is made 95% in zbrush, the hard surface piece around his neck/shulders was made with blender/zbrush.
I’ll properly post some more view later.

Great design again, but I think the horns are a bit in the way again. And his ears seem strange, since it’s a rat creature. Just my 2 cents

I’ve tried without the horns, as I was afraid they looked as bad as they did on my green monster in motion. But I’m gonna keep the horns on this one, he was supposed to be a completely ridiculous character and he just isn’t as interesting without the horns.
I see your point about the ears, if I’ll go back to this one, I’m gonna try with some more rat like ears for sure

hey frederik love the eel slash angler fish and its unique character and life it has and the under-bite goes along really well with its character … really enjoyed watching the time lapse you posted look forward to any you post in the future, i will have to try that workflow some time since it does follow a more traditional armature way of working… look forward to your future works friend…
