Just having a go at the manual and I am on the Doc Palette.
StoreDepthHistory: Normally, paint strokes on the ZBrush canvas are cumulative; for example, if two strokes made with the SimpleBrush cross one another, the depth information at the intersection of the two will be changed more than in the other parts of the strokes. Pressing StoreDepthHistory alters this so that future brush strokes will interact with the depths on the canvas at the time StoreDepthHistory was activated, but will not interact with depth information from strokes painted after StoreDepthHistory was pressed.
Not seeing this at all. When I press the SHB I get the same cumulative behavior on new strokes as well as old ones.

Both Draw Mode and Edit mode.
Any ideas?
