Still have not recieved 3.5 upgrade email, anyone else?

I have not received an email from Cleverbridge. I submitted a ticket this morning. I just was curious if anyone else was in the same boat as I. I purchased Zbrush last Tuesday, and i wonder if that is why i haven’t seen an email yet. I have checked my trash folder and my spam folder, both contain no email from Cleverbridge. I am pretty sure i have no issue receiving email from Cleverbridge, as i was able to receive the account activation email from them. I am using a Gmail account could that be an issue? I am a touched scared i wont receive an upgrade.
I may be a noob user, but i cant wait to get my hands of Zsphers 2!! :cool:

I have an update. got my ticket answered licketly split! Pix is definitely on top of this!

" Your purchase was too recent to have been in the list of emails that was automatically sent. We’ll be sending you an upgrade link manually. I’ve assigned this ticket to the person who will be able to do that, and I would expect you to receive the instructions tomorrow or Tuesday. "
