Steps for preparing Zbrush meshes and textures to other 3d apps so confusing

hey guys,

been studying brush for about 1 year now. have a fine arts degree so sculpting is coming along well. have a good history with C4D and vray.

have watched the “worm” DT tutorial and other intro DT stuff but am always puzzled by when to drop down subdivision levels for various things and simply get UV’s and mesh to another app for Vray rendering. mainly cause they are always dropping down or raising subdivision levels at various steps a million times :wink:

am not animating at this point so it’s just a matter of creating my cool character, Qremesh, make textures and send along to another 3d app. even process of making your polypaint into UV’s and applying to model is mind blowing in Zbrush.

anyone have suggestions for tutorials that show this step by step ?

any help greatly appreciated.
