How to use “Stencil on” mode with symmetry?
In Zbrush 4R2 my alpha, in this mode, effecting only on the one side of the model… The other one
is deforming without any alpha.
The Stencil is a canvas overlay. As such, it doesn’t work with symmetry.
What you can do is use the stencil on one half of the model. When done, mask that half. Drop to the lowest subdivision level and use Tool>Deformation>Smart ReSym to copy the detail to the other half. Step up one level at a time, pressing Smart ReSym again at each level.
