statue of Perseus and Medusa (work in progress)

hello everyone. its been quite a while since ive posted any of my work, so ive decieded to show a wip shot of a project im working on.

it is a statue of statue of perseus and medusa. ive been working on this for some time now and i hope to wrap this project up within the next coming weeks.right now i have no idea what i will do as far as lighting. so thats still up in the air…
this was just a quick test sculpt to see what the model would look like after a few subdvisions.

i was trying to hold off untill it was finished but i just couldnt help my self. hope you all like so far. c and c always welcome

So far so good, man It might just be a perspective thing, but maybe double check your proportions on the arm that’s raised. It looks like the upper part of that arm (the humerus area) is too long.

I just heard that there’s a new version of Clash Of The Titans in production, starring Sam Worthington as Perseus.

Cool to see Mytho characters being made with Z-Brush.

Looking great so far…I must agree with dustinbrown, seems like the bicep area’s a tad long if it isn’t the perspective issue.
