Starting up with zBeush, and how can I use zBrush for hardsurface models?

I just started up with zBrush. I am sculpting props for an animated short, and was thinking zBrush would be perfect for making packages. These are packages wrapped with quite stiff paper, so the model would be hardsurface. But everything looks like organic shapes, more like leather than wrapping paper. How can I get a nice and sharpedged result with zBrush, I see that it is totally possible to make cool hardsurface, but how…?
