Square document and framed plane not fully fitting to document[Answered]

I have a plane which I created in 3ds max and ive imported into ZBrush. I made a 1024 x 1024 document and have framed the plane to the document. For some reason when I save the document using a normal map matcap, it leaves two tiny dark strips at the top and bottom of the saved document even though its framed perfectly to it.

Im afraid this is messing up my sculpting in wrap mode because it seems like the plane isnt fully fit to the document. Im going to be baking a normal map instead of using the matcap but the matcap proves the point at how things arent fitting together. Is there any insight into this? Ive been trying to sculpt a tiling texture using wrap mode but there seems to always be parts of the borders of the tiling normal map texture that are off and I think this might be the culprit.

The funny thing is ive noticed these dark strips within the document when sculpting but these dark strips arent actually part of the active document. They just get saved in the image anyway. Do I need to make a document that is say 1030 x 1024 to have extra pixels at the top and bottom to crop out? Then again like I said, Im not trying to use a matcap, just bake these in XNormal so it seems like that wouldnt work.

This is to do with the canvas and won’t affect sculpting. If you sculpted a plane and are creating your normal maps elsewhere then they should be OK.

If you are rendering the ZBrush document and using that for a tileable texture then you may find a plugin I wrote useful:
