spotlighting around a 90 Degree angle with a clean texture ?

Say your spotlighting a cube and your texturing at the edge of a 90 Degree angle.
How do you all paint around the 90 degree angle and keep it from distorting and striking the texture ?

Sometimes the answer is just to simple ,LOL.
If ya put the edge of the cube at the edge of the spotlight texture it does not bleed around the 90 degree angle .
