When I bring pics into spotlight I get this, what does it mean? Some of the blacks are gone.

It just means that your file has an alpha channel. ZBrush can store material indices in the alpha channel of a texture map file. It doesn’t otherwise use the alpha channel so you won’t get any transparency from the alpha. ZBrush can render transparent areas of the texture which are completely black in color (RGB 0,0,0). It may be this effect that you are seeing when you say some of the blacks are gone.
