Spotlight Transparency Texture won't turn off

I would really appreciate some help on this. When selecting a texture for spotlight, I make sure that the Texture Transparency button is off. But, once the texture is in spotlight, the black areas are still transparent. There are no alphas or anything like that in the texture file.

Is this a bug?

Thanks in advance.

I believe that button does not affect Spotlight textures. It’s just that, in Spotlight, ZBrush sees pure black (0,0,0) as transparent. You can adjust the Contrast on the Spotlight widget to dial it just slightly out of pure black to remove the transparency.

Thanks Zber2.

Yeah, that’s kind of strange since it looks like it should work for Spotlight. I adjusted in PS but will use the contrast dial next time.

Cheers!
