Spotlight convert to texture map?

Well, i made this texture with Spotlight on an object.
Now i want to make a texture map from it to export to Maya.

How to do that?

Make uv’s either with the uvmaster plug in or selecting a uv type from the uv map subpalette in the tools palette, also in the uv map palette select a texture size, then in Texure Map subpalette below select "texture from polypaint. Clone that and export it from your texture palette which is on the left of your workspace in the default set up.

If you already have uvs set up, don’t bother with making new ones, of course, just select your texture size, etc.
