Split subtool with HD geo!

Hi!

Is there a way to split a model into different subtools when it has HD subdivisions? If not, is there some kind of secret trick or workaround that will have the same result? I would like to split it up from UV polygroups. I need to do this before I export my textures. I have different UV sets, and they are overlapping if the model is not split up into different subtools along the UV polygroups.

you don’t have to split them into subtools. just make each UV group visible one at a time as you make it’s texture.
