Any comments on your general workflow in zbrush 4, and in what package you rendered? Also wireframes would be cool to see.
post a little more info and I’m sure this will make top row. The attention to detail is amazing. I don’t think anyone will be able to critique any aspect of this image unless they study bugs for a living.

A web that small wouldn’t support a spider that size. Give it more web and I’ll believe. Plus, as said put up some construction details.

Further, I have to go with markkens. The web is not working with that kind of Spider. Only thing my eyes can witness which is a bit off. The rest is just perfect!

I agree about the branch being a weak point in your picture. A little more work, like displacement or even using a real branch(since it’s not the focus) would really enhance a already great piece.
I liked the web in the first post (especially the top right hand corner) though I don’t know which type of web this spider spins.
