See why I dreaded doing the webbing on the costume! so many lines and seams AAAHHH!!!
ur final render is looking very close to realllll
Wow! Thank you arsalanali !
Nice stuff John! I meant to post much sooner, but work has been kicking my butt
I do think you could still Zbrush him some more though. Don’t be afraid to really push things!
wow this is looking loads better WEll dont m8. Keep it up, cant wait to se more
FoxHound1984 - Thanks Ralph, I do want to work on it more, but Im starting a new model because Im sick of looking at Spider-man, for now. If I do push things, he looks like a body builder more than a lean muscle gymnast, so im happy where he is right now…for now. and congratulations on the new job!
Ashleysparling - Thanks! Im giving him a rest for a little bit. starting on a new model, ill eventually come back to it.

Thanks everyone! I’ll make sure to go back to the model. Im working on the Phoenix right now. i could animate them in a battle…although that would be very quick, Phoenix would just dematerialize spider-man lol.
loving the spider-man sculpt man, i’ve just gotten into zbrush myself, still learning the tricks of the trade. any tips for me?
Wow, you dug this up from the grave my friend lol. Sorry i was late getting back to you, but a few tips to know when starting out in zbrush would be to have patience, first off. take notes, that helped me. Lots of online tutorials, and coffee. If your thing is character art, it would be wise to know anatomy. reference books. Also to know other 3d software like 3ds max or maya.
wow, you’re the first person to get back to me on this site lol.
i learnt 3ds max at uni and have been drawing a lot with the help of a few anatomy books, my problem is keeping up the motivation when it comes to finishing models. yeah the i’m a big comic book fan so seeing spider-man pheonix etc caught my eye lol.
