sphere with wings?

Hello guys,

can you please tell me what is the best way to create wings on a sphere? I wanna create an insect so I will have the body (sphere) and then will attack wings to it which I want to shape. What is the best way to do that so I have flat wings and I’m still able to do little bump etc on those?
I will use it for animation later and I was thinking to start with zspheres for the skeletong and then will do some zsketching but I’m not sure how to do the flat wings? Any ideas, plesae?

I would use curve quad fill and then zremesh that.

I’m just starting with zbrush, could you please be a bit more specific or perhaps show me the classroom tutorial that talks about it? Thank you so much :slight_smile:
