Hello, I have a very basic problem but it is very irritating. I’m sure that you all know the problem when working mainly with sphere objects. Those two vertex points on top and bottom of the sphere where all the edges meet in one point can cause problems when modeling with more polygons. I know that a few years back I saw somewhere a tutorial on how to delete those points in lower polygon count and make the mesh look organized, but I cannot find it anymore. Do any of you guys know a link or any guide on how to do that? I would really appreciate. Thank you and take care.
You don’t need to. Just load the PolySphere project from LightBox. If you want, you can then use the Tool >> Geometry >> Reconstruct Subdiv feature a few times to go down to the lowest possible subdivision level (which is a cube).
Or you could load the Cube project and subdivide it a few times. The result will be the same, either way.
ah man, I did not know that
thanks a lot for the answer buddy
