Something I knocked out in an hour last night just for fun. It’s the Character general STAAL (“the undefeated”) a lead Sontaran Character from 2 episodes in Doctor Who Series 4.
If your not a fan of Doctor Who or haven’t seen the 2 parter he’s in (the Sontaran Strategem & The Poisoned Sky) he’s probably a meaningless potatoe head. (Doctor Who fans will get that last joke. 
) So other wise feel free to ignore it lol.

looks good. here is my little suggestion the strokes look hard that makes the face a bit out for me… i am just giving my thinking what i felt when i had a first look at it.

I’d say - try smoothing some stuff out and making some areas even - he feels like he’s about to melt atm
Yeah I went a wee bit mad on him last night magda lol. Looking at him today it was a case of ‘oh good lord no!!’ so I think its safe to say he’ll get some serious touch ups when I have the time. 
Might start to bring in the refs for the next part as well…I’ still undcided whether to do teh ful character or not…if I do I’ll do the original black and leather costume not the ‘smurf blue’ one in the new series.

I started base layer of the texture at 5am this morning (its amazing the things you do with insomnia lol.)

PS… I thought it may be useful for htose who aren’t familiar with either doctor who or sontarans to include a few pics.
Original old series Sontarans (yep they did look bad lol)
New series Sontaran (not General Staal though, but a better design I think you’ll agree than the old series ones.)
at least now everyone knows what I’m aiming for.
